Martin Eibelhuber is deputy head of business development at EV Group, where he focuses on the application of EVG’s wafer bonding, mask alignment and nanoimprint lithography technology to a variety of markets, particularly compound semiconductors, nanotechnology and photonics.

Mateusz Śmietana received the B.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D. (with distinction), and D.Sc. degrees in electronics from the Warsaw University of Technology (WUT), Poland, in 2000, 2002, 2007, and 2014, respectively. Since December 2015, he has been an Associate Professor in the Institute of Microelectronics and Optoelectronics, WUT. He was a postdoctoral fellow at Virginia Tech (USA) and Université du Québec en Outaouais (Canada), TOP500 Innovators scholar at Stanford University (USA), as well as a visiting professor at Southern University of Science and Technology (China). He has authored and co-authored more than 150 scientific papers on sensors and thin films.

Martin Schwentenwein has a background in photopolymer chemistry and graduated from TU Wien in 2012. The title of his PhD thesis was 'Development of Tough Photopolymers for Lithography-based Additive Manufacturing Technologies'. Afterwards he joined the then formed start-up Lithoz GmbH where he now acts as Head of Materials Development and R&D coordinator.
